We understand that sometimes fashion choices—like jewellery or bags—might feel different once you receive them. At Radiant Jewels, we want your experience to be delightful and stress-free. That’s why we offer a simple, customer-friendly 3-step return policy. Once approved, a refund coupon code (equal to the returned product’s value) will be issued for use on your next purchase.

Step 1: Inform Us

Send an email to support radiantjewels51@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and clear images of the product. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for the next steps.

Step 2: Return the Product

After approval, send the product back in its original, unused condition, along with all original packaging, within 3 days. Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Use a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us. Returns without original packaging or those damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Refund via Coupon Code

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund coupon code within 3 working days. This code:

• Is valid for 2 months
• Can be used for a one-time purchase
• Cannot be combined with other discount codes

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse—usually within 2 hours of placement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will call to confirm before dispatch. For prepaid orders, cancellations before dispatch will receive a refund minus 5% (payment gateway fee), either via refund coupon or back to the original mode of payment.

Refund Policy Highlights

Mode of Refund:

• Refunds will be processed as store credit (coupon code) only
• No bank transfers or cash refunds will be issued

Applicable Deductions:

• ₹200 will be deducted for non-accepted prepaid orders (covers both forward & return shipping)
• If your order was shipped with free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted from the refund
• Refund coupon code is invalid if the order is rejected/returned by customer
• Coupon codes used in returned orders are valid for up to 2 returns only
• Token amounts (for COD orders) are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or rejected after shipping. Amounts above ₹200 will be refunded as a coupon

Refund Coupon Conditions:

• Only 1 coupon code can be used per order
• Orders using a refund coupon are not eligible for additional discounts

Damaged or used items or returns without packaging are not eligible

Damaged Product Received?

All Radiant Jewels items pass through strict quality checks, but damage in transit can happen. In such cases:
