Damaged Products
We ensure strict quality checks before dispatching our products. However, damages that occur during transit are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at [radiantjewels51@gmail.com] with clear images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace it with the same or a similar item, depending on availability. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a replacement.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the shipment is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to us. We can re-ship your order upon request for an additional fee of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, re-shipping will only be processed after the full payment is made online along with the applicable shipping charges.
