Cancellation & Refund Policy – Radiant Jewels

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Radiant Jewels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website https://radiantjewels.store, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Order Window: Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch, which generally occurs within 5 (Five) hours of order placement.

  • Prepaid Orders: In case of Prepaid Orders you will get refund within 15 days 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are subject to telephonic or email confirmation prior to dispatch.


2. Returns & Refunds

We follow a strict return protocol to ensure fairness to both parties. Returns are permitted only under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products not meeting these criteria shall be deemed ineligible.

  • Notification Period: Customer must notify us in writing at info@radiantjewels.store within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of receiving the order. The notification must include the order number, name, and clear images of the product.

  • Return Window: Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 3 (three) days of approval.

  • Responsibility for Shipping: Return shipping costs, including courier arrangements, shall be borne solely by the Customer. Tracking details must be shared with us.

  • Refund Method: Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product, the amount will be return within 15 days.


3. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges shall be deducted, as applicable:

  1. Unaccepted Prepaid Orders: ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) shall be deducted to cover two-way shipping.

  2. Orders under Free Shipping Offer: ₹150 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty only) shall be deducted if returned, to recover courier costs.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

While all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, transit damage may occur. In such cases:

  • Notification Period: Customer must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photographic evidence.

  • Reverse Pickup (India only): Upon validation, a reverse pickup shall be scheduled.


5. Exclusions

No refunds or returns will be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

  • Notification is made beyond the stipulated timelines.

  • Customer fails to provide required proof (images/video).


6. Limitation of Liability

Radiant Jewels shall not be liable for delays, courier loss, or damages once a product is dispatched, except as expressly provided herein. Under no circumstances shall refunds be made in cash or to third-party accounts.


7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [New Delhi, Delhi], India.
