Cancellation & Refund Policy – Radiant Jewels
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Radiant Jewels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website https://radiantjewels.store, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: You can cancel an order within 6 (six) hours of placing it, before it is dispatched. We start packing orders only after this 6-hour window is over.
How to Cancel: Log in to My Account, open Orders, and click Cancel on the order. If you placed the order as a guest, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number within 6 hours.
Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders may be confirmed by phone or email before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We follow a strict return protocol to ensure fairness to both parties. Returns are permitted only under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products not meeting these criteria are not eligible for return.
Notification Period: The customer must notify us in writing at info@radiantjewels.store within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the order. The email must include the order number, name, and clear images of the product. For damaged or wrong items, please also share an unboxing video if available.
Return Window: Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 3 (three) days of approval.
Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs, including courier arrangements, are borne by the customer. Tracking details must be shared with us. If we sent a wrong or damaged item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned product and approve it, the refund will be processed within 15 days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund is sent by bank transfer or UPI to the details shared by the customer.
3. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges shall be deducted, as applicable:

Unaccepted Prepaid Orders: ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) shall be deducted to cover two-way shipping.

Orders under Free Shipping Offer: ₹150 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty only) shall be deducted if returned, to recover courier costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
While all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, transit damage may occur. In such cases:

Notification Period: Customer must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photographic evidence.

Reverse Pickup (India only): Upon validation, a reverse pickup shall be scheduled.
5. Exclusions
No refunds or returns will be entertained under the following circumstances:

Product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

Notification is made beyond the stipulated timelines.

Customer fails to provide required proof (images/video).
6. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Jewels shall not be liable for delays, courier loss, or damages once a product is dispatched, except as expressly provided herein. Under no circumstances shall refunds be made in cash or to third-party accounts.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [New Delhi, Delhi], India.
