However, if your order value is below ₹1,000, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹99 at checkout. This shipping policy applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Once we confirm your order and receive your payment, our team processes and dispatches it within 1–2 business days.

Before dispatch, our quality team carefully inspects every product and packs it securely to maintain our quality standards.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, our courier partners usually deliver your order within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

However, deliveries to remote or rural pin codes may require an additional 1–2 business days. Furthermore, festive seasons, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays may slightly extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

After we dispatch your order, we send your tracking number through WhatsApp or email.

Then, you can track your parcel in real time. If you need assistance, you can also contact our support team on WhatsApp for the latest updates.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.

However, COD orders may require slightly more processing time than prepaid orders. Therefore, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.

Please note: We do not offer COD for international orders.

However, some remote pin codes may fall outside our courier partners’ service network. If that happens, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order and issue a full refund immediately.
